Stolen package!!!

Today I encountered a stolen/undelivered package. The order is quite expensive, over $200. The courier called the bazer and I let him in, I live on the 3rd floor and usually after 2 minutes the courier knocks on my door. But this time I waited 10 minutes, then opened the door to the apartment, but there was no courier or parcel. I waited some more time, checked the status of the order, and it shows that the package has been delivered. I checked all the floors, talked to the neighbors, but no one saw anything. There is no parcel, no help from the support service either. What should I do?
