Stolen package - delivery left in lobby :(

Hi guys - I was wondering if there's something that can be done for my stolen order

 

I ordered a large package for Christmas gifts, and the delivery guy just left the order at the lobby of the apartment. 

When I got the notification - I went to go look and it wasn't there 😞 We also have no concierge or leasing office to ask if they've seen a package. 

 

My address is on the shipping label, and the delivery service have left my Sephora packages at my door before so I'm not sure why they felt it was ok to just leave my package in the lobby. It's a semi public area where residents, contractors, movers, vendors etc can come and go. 

 

I've contacted Sephora live chat and asked what can be done but they have to investigate - does anyone have any experience with this? I'm frustrated as it's a large order and I went to go look as soon as I got the email notification

@mmmmabel, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
