Stolen order

i ordered a Valentine's Day gift for my friend and im usually just an in store shopper but l've been really busy with work and these items were not all stocked in the mall nearest to me so i had to place an online order. I just came back from work today so excited for my delivery email that Sephora sent saying it had arrived around 2:30pm!! But when i checked the porch there was nothing. This has never happened to me before and our house is usually good with packages but i think with the Sephora sealing and fragile showing another person snagged it off the porch before i got home.

This was a really expensive order that I carefully picked for each of my friends for galentines and I'm flying out for a girls trip in which I was supposed to start wrapping these today. I'm just really stressed and I don't know what to do and I'm concerned that I lost my money.

I love Sephora so much but their chat representative is not being any help and said they cannot do anything.

I have the same Experience with Sephora online Order. I made a purchase, and I got a notice that the order was delivered. When I got home the order was nowhere to be found, I contacted Sephora and told them about my missing order, A customer service representative let me know that because the delivery service took a picture of the delivery, they would not redeliver my order nor will they refund my money. Just seems like I am been scammed out of my hard-earned money. This experience was horrible.
