Stolen gift card

I tried to use my $50 birthday e-gift card in store yesterday and was told the balance was 0. After calling customer service it was revealed that my gift card information was stolen and redeemed by a scammer out of state. I’m beyond upset by this and am requesting any help in restoring the $50 gift card balance that was stolen from me.Thank you.

Is it possible to receive customer support with this stolen gift card issue? My responses back have been disregarded by the former customer service agent that was helping me. Please help.

The same thing just happened to me. I was chatting with a rep name Mylene, she told me the card had already been used and balance was at $0. It was used in store 201, at the time it was in a package to my overseas military base. She just told me to contact the FTC and nothing could be done. When I tried to ask for more info she ended the chat abruptly before I could read the last 2 messages. I’m hoping something can be done for both of us!
