Stolen Package

Just yesterday I had gotten a notification that my order was delivered with "proof of delivery" although, once I went to get my package at my front door ; my package wasn't there, I verified with my neighbours, around my porch - but coming to conclusion it got stolen! Reached out to customer service, they first agreed for a refund and then said the system wouldn't allow them (which is BS), not to mention they said they are connecting you to a real agent, but it is still an Ai bot... They escalated my situation and I got such an unprofessional response from Sephora; basically saying since there is a picture of the delivery, it has been delivered and it's not their problem. 

It is so disappointing knowing I lost 300$ and did not receive the products I ordered and the company holding me accountable for it, I have been a Sephora customer since I was a pre-teen and I'm now in my twenties! So disappointed with the customer service, customers should have a right to a refund, store credit, etc. When a situation that is out of their control like this happens!!! Not this mention, the delivery service (FleetOptics) doesn't do anything either, all they say is to reach out to Sephora... We know how this goes. I even added a specific delivery note which they didn't follow. 

Thinking of literally switching beauty store because the treatment received from customer service is insane!! No other company would have done this to a loyal customer
