Stolen Package - Zero assistance

I have had many issues with customer support, despite spending thousands annually with Sephora. Most recently, I had a package stolen off my porch with $999 worth of merchandise. I would think UPS would require a signature for a package of this value - but unfortunately this was overlooked. I proactively filed a police report but sephora is refusing to refund or re-issue my package. UPS has closed the claim as well, saying since it was delivered, they did their job. 

It’s too bad my Rouge status doesn’t come with delivery guarantees… the free shipping doesn’t make much a difference if the items never get to me.
