Stolen/Lost gift card

Hi   I bought a gift card for my friend from Sephora Heartland location. It got stolen in the party. I called Sephora very next day to cancel or freeze the card. They were asking for the 16 digit card number. The receipt I got is only showing 12 and rest 4 digits are juts X out. They are not helpful to either cancel or freeze it. Very disappointing. It's Sephora's system how can the not get the full card number or freeze it on their end.

@Heeraz I'm sorry to hear about this. Generally, we are not able to replace lost or stolen gift cards.

It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with the gift card number you are able to see on your receipt and I will check to see if I can look into it for you.
