Is standard shipping mailed through usps?

Sephora uses multiple carriers. I’ve never had an order sent USPS, it’s always UPS or OnTrac.

Thanks for answering! 🙂 I have 2 day flash shipping, but since I moved to a new town the ups is horrible here and I'm tired of them disrespecting people's packages/goods. I was hoping standard shipping might mean usps for better care, but I guess not... Anyway, thanks again! 🙂
