Spring Savings 2021 Product Eligibility

Hi! So I have my eye on the new Clean Me Up Set from the Sephora Favorites collection and I'm not sure if I should wait for the Spring Savings Event so I can use my discount. I know you can't use the discount on the regular Sephora brand but I'm not sure if this counts or not. The set doesn't contain any Sephora brand products. Any idea? I asked customer service and they just sent me a link that brought me back to the home page. I read the fine print on the sale and it doesn't mention "Sephora Favorites" just "Sephora Collection"
