Spend $75 to get 500 points

Hello , 

I purchased more than $75 of products in store today and made sure the promotion was for in store as well. Yet I haven’t seen those 500 points in my account or any conformation I got them. I did apply the promotion btw.

Same thing happened to me yesterday! Looking for my receipt now just in case. I usually see the points added on within a few minutes/hour.

@helpagirloutlol It can take up to 24 hours for the base points and bonus points to be credited to your Beauty Bank. If it's not credited after the 24 hours, please send me or any of the other BIC mods a private message so we can further assist. Thanks!

I went in store today and spent $76 and only got 76 points when I was supposed to get 500 points.

It can take 24 hours for the bonus points to reflect after your purchase. If you still don't see the bonus points after that time frame, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
