Sorry, Sephora...loyal no more!

The rewards program continues to deteriorate as does their customer service. I’ve been a Rouge for several years and always tried to make as many of my beauty purchases as possible through Sephora but I think I’m done. Between the limited days to return something in the form you purchased it to the lame rewards (I.e. less 20% off events, inability to be credited points back if you used a $$$ off reward, the 1.5x points perk), I’ll be making my purchases elsewhere.
