Someone used my account and redeemed points

I got an email a few hours ago with a receipt of a purchase that I didn’t make and whomever bought stuff with my account redeemed some BI points. Can someone help me get my points back? This purchase was made in another state and I’m over 1000 miles away and have proof I wasn’t in the other state to make this purchase.
