Someone used my Points

Hi! Someone used my points for a 300 point reward- it was definitely not me. I always save my points. This is very worrisome because I am rouge and try to save my points for bigger rewards. Is there anything you guys can do?

All someone needs to know is that I frequently shop at Sephora and my phone number and then they have access to all of my points in store.

Great! So how can you guys prevent this from happening in the future? Sephora should implement some kind of security/ID check so that NO ONE can use points without proper ID.
