Someone keeps repeatedly using my Beauty Insider

Someone on the East Coast keeps using my Beauty Insider - I noticed this started happening last fall. She redeemed my birthday gift and then redeemed a 500 point gift this past weekend. She only visits JC Penney Sephora stores. I’ve spoken to different customer service agents — I’ve had my email changed - twice, Beauty insider number changed, the tag “C.I.D” added to my name and NOTHING helps! What can I do? Why does this keep happening? Please help me — no one seems to know why this continues to happen or how to stop it. ;-(
