Someone is using my account for points

Someone has been using my account for the past 2 years in store in the same city I live. They’ve been using my account to redeem points for the $10 off. I’ve been calling into Sephora customer support multiple times to get my points back, which they’ve honored. Additionally, I’ve changed my email and phone # on my account so this person cannot access my account anymore. However, the problem continues. Last week, I called again for the same issue and the customer support staff put “See ID” next to my name. Literally, the same day, this person uses my account again to get the $10 discount twice! What is going on? Is Sephora staff even checking ID? Why is Sephora not doing their job on securing and protecting customer’s info?

The same exact thing is happening to me. They added SEE ID next to my name, removed the phone number, changed the email and someone is STILL using my beauty insider account. It’s ridiculous.
