“Solutions team” slacking

I have been calling back EVERY 5-7 days as told I should by customer service regarding an issue with an order from JULY. I didn’t know there was an issue with it until I noticed the two orders I placed in November were cancelled. Customer Service notified me (when i called to follow up on my missing orders) that one of my July orders was marked as fraud- i had placed two orders at that time however only one had an issue: the one on the 28th but the one I had on the 29th was fine (weird- and fishy if you ask me). I have provided proof - letter via email from visa showing sephora was indeed paid for this order- yet the “solutions team” is still reviewing it. I even provided the direct phone number to the investigator at Visa to verify. 

 

This is beyond ridiculous! It has been 2 months of “review” with the solutions team- for an order drom JULY....  UNEXCEPTABLE.
