Sold expired tinted moisturizer with SPF

I purchased Saie Slip Tint in October 2023 (confirmed with my insider account and the store at which I purchased it) and noticed just now- yes, almost a year later- that this product expired in July 2023. So, I was sold a product that was already expired. I'm primarily concerned with the fact that it contains SPF and the sun protection is why I purchased it and I understand that expired SPF means just that- it doesn't work. What sort of recourse can be provided at this time?
