Sephora, please explain why you are still offering samples when I never get the ones I select, or often, none at all. Also, maybe consider taking those unrealized samples off my recent orders list. Samples showing up in recent orders that I never received is a real kick in the face. Please tell me the great benefit to being a Rouge member?

Another order, same issue. I will not be purchasing my products from Sephora any longer. I will be buying direct from the manufacturer. 2 day shipping is a lie and a joke, and there is ZERO benefit to being a Rouge member.
