So rude...

I went into my local Sephora today to get a concealer. I always have a hard time finding one that matches my skin type and colour (I'm super pale with dry skin). I decided maybe I can ask a csr and BOY was she rude. She started off by asking me questions. When I answered her open question "incorrectly" she got mad, rolled her eyes and said 'that' not what I asked you', in the worst tone ever. Then kept making the impressions that I'm new to makeup even though i mentioned im VIB, and said two times that I dont know what I'm doing. ended up not buying anything and I don't think I'll be asking for help again anytime soon. Is this a common thing for everyone  or...?
