So fed up

I'm so fed up with Sephora and their samples. When I saw that they had changed it to 2 samples only, I had a tiny bit of hope that perhaps this meant we would actually start receiving the samples we ordered in the first place. Alas, that is not the case...

 

Package arrived today and I received two completely different samples from what I ordered online. I suppose I should be grateful I even received samples, but seriously Sephora, you can't keep doing this to your loyal customers. Something has got to change or you're going to lose a lot of customers.
