So disappointed in Sephora

I placed an order on the 6th of October before noon Eastern time and y’all shipped part of the order right away but I am still waiting for the rest of my order to ship. I didn’t receive my 3 samples either.Y’all won’t let me cancel the remaining items on my order so I can go to the store to make the purchase and nobody can tell me when my order will ship. I will also be very upset if I don’t receive my promo item or rewards I chose. I feel like Sephora has gotten kinda full of themselves and aren’t take customer service seriously anymore. I’m very unhappy with this recent purchase .

RE: So disappointed in Sephora

That's exactly what's going on, they need to step back and realize they're owed by JC Penny, a department store that I'm sure will be out of business before 2020. I've noticed even the store employees are full of themselves and are too busy to actually listen to what you're asking them and helping you find that product and the funny part their makeup they do on themselves sucks is it now store policy to look like a clown because these people don't even look like they belong working with makeup let alone be putting on 'the latest trends' without proper education on how to apply the product. And don't even try to ask them the difference between different brands or the same type of product because the answer is very quickly given and that is which of the 2 (or more) products are the most expensive that will be the answer as what is the 'best' one for me. I'm not particularly fond of rude snippy clown wannabes trying to sell me whatever is the more expensive product! At least know what the product does and how to use it before you start playing that game Sephora. I've been in the modeling industry for years moved to makeup artists as a side hobby now and I play along with the bullshit answers and always end up finding something completely different that works perfect. If I was in the mood to study each label and talked to as if this was my first day of ever putting on makeup I still wouldn't put up with that so I started ordering online first time all my free samples were missing from the order I'm not calling over free samples I have too many different companies I run to waste my time on hold. The second order came in 2 separate boxes the first box was sent in a box bigger than a shoe box and had 2 little eyebrow pencils in it, no free samples and no rewards I chose, second box actually came the same day with the first box a few other little things ok maybe that box size was ok for that order still too big though but no free samples no reward points and my VIB account didn't get the points added to it for that order yet they deducted the points for the items I picked and never received. Sadly the same thing happened with my last order and now this 'play box' is like a ghost box as in doesn't exist why call it October's box if it's coming (supposedly) at the end of October yet want your money by the 3rd of the month?!? Seriously Sephora what the hell have your policy execs been smoking maybe I need some so I forgot you're forgetting to send me shit I ordered!! This will be my 1st play box and if it's just a bunch of tiny shit samples that will be my last box a company like Sephora should know better and be on top of their game there is such a thing as luxury size samples (take a hint where I'm going with this Sephora) it might actually help you keep the customers you're slowly starting to lose. If not this Christmas season I'm doing a luxury item box bigger than sample sizes but not full size and you can actually pick the price you want your box to be (meaning if you want very top of the line items down to basic priced items) you can also mix and match the items such as half top end other whatever you want (actually you can pick anything one to 10 top end items and everything in between) my point being I'm letting the costumer decide what they want if you only want 5 items you can make your box with 5 items and there's everything from face care products to hair care and makeup, nails everything a girl would ever want! Also there is no monthly sign up requirement you can if you want or you can get one and buy them through the year as needed. Another selling point I wanted was to be able to give these as gifts so say a mother can pick one out for her daughter if her daughter doesn't like the products come back and I will let my customers return stuff they don't like and return for something they want only stipulation will be since these products are bigger than sample sizes I wouldn't be able to return a product after it's been completely used for a different product although in business we all know there are always certain situations that happen and I will work with a customer in that case, because I know as a customer this is exactly how I would want a company especially a makeup company to treat me and actually let me pick the items that I'll be paying for. So I guess Sephora thank you for showing me exactly what I do not want for my company and I can't wait to see what a disaster disappointment this play box will be, unless someone high up the food chain at Sephora reads this and this play box that I'll be receiving closer to November will surprise me and actually have items I want (easy enough to find I do ❤️ everything I like or want) and are actually bigger than 'sample size'. The balls in your court Sephora lets try not to disappoint or my stores will be what you should have been!
