So I canceled my subscription

Last month I received an offer for flash shipping for $10 so I jumped at not having to wait 10 days for my box. Then today I was told flash shipping isn't available for Play Subscriptions only if you order something online. When I said I only did flash so I didn't have to wait until the end of the month for that month's box it was we can let you keep flash or cancel it for a refund in of course 10 days. So after that I canceled altogether. I understand that it's only a $10 box and I'm not spending hundreds of dollars on makeup but that's not the point if I spend $10 or $100 if you are marketing to Play subscribers then Play should count. Bummer it went this way but I guess I'll go to Boxycharm spend a little extra but at least get what I want. Thanks for nothing Sephora

We apologize for the confusion with the FLASH shipping subscription. The website does call out that Flash subscriptions do no apply to PLAY boxes due to the shipping method for the PLAY! boxes. Yes I see that now but when I ordered flash I also ordered the Play glitter eyes and that shipped in 2 days. That's not a Play Box? In the end we have options now with subscription and we don't have to accept being billed on the 1st but not receive that month's box until the last week of the month. What good is a July box with a week left before we get charged again and wait at least 3 weeks so we can do it all again. And another thing why PM and not talk on the forum about the issue ppl have why hide the information back and forth. Maybe others will realize that something isn't right about how billing and shipping are weeks apart and that our $10 isn't worth the same as if I spent it on the website? I was offended nothing to make things right because in the end this company doesn't care.

The PLAY! Glitter Eyes for Real Life box is not included in the monthly PLAY! subscription. Sometimes the PLAY! team will create special boxes for clients to purchase individually instead of subscribing . This is why you received your order faster. I will be more than happy to forward your feedback about the billing and shipping time to our PLAY! team for improvements. I also offered for you to send me or any other mod a PM in case if you had an issue with a specific order or a situation where you would not want to share your personal information.
