Smashed play box item

Hi- I didn’t complain last time I got a broken item in my play box (a lipstick a couple months ago) because it felt like I had a few issues happen at the same time and didn’t want to be a jerk, but this time, on top of none of the items being right for my skin type or tone, the highlighter came smashed so I couldn’t even donate it to charity. I’m really disappointed in this months box and now a pattern of broken items. Do profiles actually matter? I got purple shampoo (I have red hair), champagne pop (doesn’t work on fair skin), porefessional primer for pore filling and a deep pore cleansing mask for someone with dry sensitive skin, no need for a pore filling primer. And an eyeliner that is the worst liquid liner I have tried but keeps appearing in these boxes. It was like the box was meant to give away to friends. Which, fine, I know not everything in the box will be perfect for me, but nothing usable for me plus the best product not even possible to give away is totally not cool.
