Slow transit from Utah warehouse

I placed an order on 4/26 for the Rouge spring sale, it shipped the next day from the Utah warehouse. It still appears as Shipped from Utah, but no more progress. Yet, I placed another order on 4/30 which shipped the next day from Tennessee, and it is out for delivery today.

There were no shipping restrictions on my order. I live in the Midwest, Tennessee is closer to my location than Utah, but it has not shown progress since 4/29. This had never happened before, since all my orders came from the TN location and timely.

Has anyone had issues before from the Utah location?

Same thing is happening in Canada. My last 2 orders have been much slower than they usually are. I got a disclaimer on my email that due to high volumes things could be delayed but Sephora seems to get it out quickly and it just is slow the rest of the way.

Yes, I had never had any issue with shipping times. I had gotten the shipping email, but it took 4 days to move from the warehouse. I've been noticing lately that Rouge shipping times have been slower.
