Slow processing or Slow shipping?

When I first started shopping at Sephora online, I was impressed by the quick delivery of packages.  However, that seems to be decreasing more and more.  I am a Rouge member, I have 3 day shipping... which doesn't matter when the package hasn't been processed.  I purchased on 10/13 and on 10/17 it is still processing. 

((This may explain why the free samples I choose are never in stock)) 

Once it does ship, it doesn't necessarily arrive in 3 days.  I've heard that some liquids and aerosols can't ship via air - If that is true, then I would suggest increasing your processing speed to help offset the delivery delay.

I haven’t shopped Sephora much this year. I’ll be losing my vib and I’m honestly not sad about it. I placed 3 orders on the 11-12th and I don’t even know if I’ll be getting them since they’re still processing and some things now say sold out. Pretty disappointed

I also agree that the quality of service has decreased over the last couple of years.  When I first started using Sephora, online ordering was timely and accurate.  Lately, the samples are either never in stock, or are just not included.  Also, it always seems to say the orders may take longer because of high volumes.  The order I placed a week ago still has not been shipped and I am a rouge member.  I know it states online that there are high volumes, and I can understand a couple of days to delay processing, but, if the company is going to offer sales or special promotions, they should be prepared to accommodate increased business volumes.    - disappointed

Same!! I wish I'd read through the customer service issues shoppers are posting. I would have never placed a big order before going out of town. I trusted the processing/shipping information posted on the website and thought I was giving it plenty of time. I am super soured on Sephora. Bye Bye VIB.

We currently do not have expedited shipping available for hazardous materials, which includes aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.). They are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. I hope this information helps!
