SkinFix Barrier + Triple Lipid Peptide Cream Pump Broken

Hi there,

I purchased a gift box which included a SkinFix 50ml, a 50ml refill, and a small hand cream. I purchased it over 30 days ago. I've finished the 50ml and placed the refill in. Unfortunately, it appears that the pump on the SkinFix jar is broken. So, I have a full refill but no vessel to use it in. Help! I popped by my local Sephora, and they let me know that since it's over 30 days they can't help me but thought Sephora central would. Hoping that's true. Thanks so much!
