Site STILL doesn't work

It's been months since I've attempted to use this site. It only works on mobile which is highly annoying. Anytime I try to access Community from my laptop the site goes haywire regardless of IE or Chrome. Seriously, how can such a large corporation have so many continuous technical issues? Since I can't post a quick video I tagged Sephora on IG.
