Site Issues

Hello, 

I'm having difficulty with the site. None of the images will load on the canadian website but loads when I switch over to american. Is there a way to fix this?

Same here but in the US. Desktop and mobile, various browsers, error 404 message.

I am having a similar problem with the site. It started around 1 a.m. on Oct 11th when I was browsing the Sephora site and then all of a sudden I got an error message saying I do not have access to the server. I cleared my browse caches and restarted my laptop and after a few attempts the Sephora page loaded but I could not see any of the product images. I tried again this morning but from my owkr laptop and it seem to be working fine but still seem to be having issues when using my personal laptop.

Also, it's not a browser issue, I have tried in multiple browsers with the same problem.  It won't even let me switch to the US site to check.

Same here. Canada site is a mess!

Same issue here, also in Canada.  I have an order started that I'd like to complete but the site is unusable like this.

Having the same problem. I’m also in Canada. It’s hard to purchase something when you can’t see what it is.

Now I can't get on the site at all. I keep getting this error:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.sephora.com/?" on this server.

This is very frustrating! I want to place an order but the entire site is not working. Btw, I've used both firefox and googlechrome and emptied and deleted my cookies...etc. This problem persists.
