Site Issues/App Issues

I don't know what's going on - I can't reply to anything when I log onto my account via the website from a laptop or pc. I've tried from my mac and dell. I've cleared cookies etc. The page just flashes constantly. Then when I log onto the app, half of the threads are missing. I've deleted and re-installed the app, so I have the latest version, i'm positive. Anyone else having issues?

I know this is a little old but I have also had consistent issues with the app since the beginning of March. It randomly goes blank and show \"invalid response\" for product pages. The only part of the app that works is the BIC. It has actually prevented me from placing several orders. I hope it improves soon. I had issues with the site too but I've kind of grown to expect that. @RaquelBT was there any update on the app issues?

If you haven't already, I highly recommend ensuring that both the Sephora App, and your device are fully updated, as that may help to resolve the issues. Site Issues/App Issues

Hopefully you hear back soon. I've recently had trouble with product pages loading or not loading at all, as well as no options to reply on many threads... but only on the app (I logged into the desktop version & it works fine.) I uninstalled then re-installed, but the reply issue is still there.
