Single product in order cancelled?

Hi! Recently I ordered the Rms skin2skin foundation brush scheduled for the 3 day shipping along with an eyeliner pen and a Sephora samples bag. It then said that the brush would take longer than 3 days to ship which I accepted, and I received the eyeliner and the samples bag. However, now when I check my order, it says the status of the brush is cancelled. I am quite confused and irritated because not only did it not arrive in the slotted 3 days but now apparently will not show up at all? Also, it still says I paid for the brush which does not make sense if I will not receive it. I would appreciate assistance in reordering this brush without having to pay again.
