Sick of no samples!!!!!!

I had to call customer service a month ago because out of my 15 orders, only 5 had samples. I have made 5 more orders and only 1 got samples. I was excited because my most recent order were items I reallyliked/wanted to try. When I called they sent me a detox me time which is ok, but there wasn’t anything in there that I liked. They also gave me 100 pts. To be honest, could you please just give us 50 pts if you are not going to honor your sample options? I keep hearing more and more complaints about the samples and you should just pull it from check out and give us points instead. I have also tried ordering the green tea cleanser 4... YES 4 TIMES...WHEN ITS IN STOCK (different days) Only to have my orders cancelled. Don’t give us an option for samples then roll your eyes when we gripe about not receiving and when you are *out of stock*.
