Should my Super Shock shadow look like this?

Today, I received the first order I had ever placed on the Sephora website. The other products looked fine, but the shadow just looks destroyed. It feels gummy, there’s barely any of it, and it’s formed into a circle in the middle. I’ve ordered this brand of shadow before, but only from Colourpop, and it’s never looked like this. The texture is so strange that I can barely swatch it.
