I COMPLETELY AGREE !!!! Customer service keeps hanging up on me every time I call! I never receive samples that I ask for, and sometimes none at all! Sephora knows it is busy season so they should have prepared! I have tried contacting someone on here and through the phone about the samples, shipping, and crappy customer service but no one responds. Makes me not want to buy from Sephora anymore!
