Shipping

I placed an order early Monday morning that had an ETA on this Friday today. The order is still in processing and I got an email saying there's a problem in the warehouse and that I will be contacted whenever my order ships. I've never had this happen, it seems like a couple other people are having a problem too. I'm just wondering if my order actually exists? If anyone has any information and let me know.

Hi @Muglet I can confirm your order was successfully placed. Due to extreme weather on the East coast, our fulfillment centers are experiencing delays. I absolutely understand that there is extreme weather on the East Coast. I live in Missouri and all of my packages are shipped from... (Correction) Mississippi.
