Shipping

Hey so I paid for express shipping to receive my package on Jan 27th. I placed my order on Jan 24th which is already 3 business days when I’m in Canada it’s supposed to be 1-2 days. Now Canada post says not until Jan 30th. Really unfortunate that I paid extra money and was promised a date, just for it to be delivered in the time frame of regular free shipping.  #shippingsucks #canadapostsucks @sephoracustomerservice 

I actually called Sephora just now and they lady I spoke to called Canada post to try and speed up the parcel and gave me a refund for the express shipping since it won’t be here on time.
