Shipping??

So I made three orders last month spending almost $1000. I know this whole Covid thing has delayed everything but I placed orders on April 22th, 24th, 28th and the estimated delivery is a month out. My orders haven’t even shipped and I guess I’m wondering when they will. I have rouge shipping and while I’m used to 3 day I understand it’s not necessarily possible right now, but still a month seems astounding. I’ve ordered from numerous companies during this and their “delays” are never more than 2-3 days, not 4 weeks. I’d just like to know what’s taking so long and when to expect actual shipment.

I just placed a large order on April 24 as well and normally I would get it within 2 days but I already knew that there would be a delay but May 19th? That's crazy! They should be warning people about the massive delay.

@88AmericanHoney  Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, we are experiencing significant delays. You can view the expected delivery date and track your order on Sephora.com and in the Sephora app.  Please allow a few additional days from the posted delivery date to allow for processing and carrier delays.  You will receive an email if the delivery date is updated, as well as email confirmation once your order ships. We appreciate your understanding.
