Wow!!!! I placed an order on the 12th of November and my items STILL have NOT shipped!!! I have reached out to customer service for explanation as to why (even though I was supposed to get free 3DAY SHIPPING on my order) my items are STILL in pending progress.... all I got back from Sephora was a CANNED message to expect delays!!!! I spend a lot of money at Sephora and feel this is a lousy response.... especially for a VIB STATUS customer who has earned 3DAY FREE SHIPPING!  As of right now, I ordered 8 DAYS AGO and my product still has not shipped out-however, you indeed debited my account and have my money already!!!! THIS JUST VERY WELL BE MY LAST PURCHASE FROM SEPHORA!!!

I feel you. I am a VIB and free shipping as well, and mine is still in process (already been 6 days) and they already took my money... This is unacceptable.

I ordered that day to and they have changed my status to unsuccessful authorization and cancelled but they have already charged my card!

I am going through the same thing!!! I don’t know why we can’t just go to a Sephora store and show them the order and get it there. I never had this issue in the 5 years of shopping with Sephora!!
