Shipping to MYUS and tax free zipcode

Hello , I used to ship all my orders to my  Address in MyUs company with no problems 

 

recently whenever I place an order it gets cancelled 

also I noticed that i have been charged taxes for shipping to my tax free address 

 

any help ?
