Shipping to Germany

Hi Erveryone!
I have a question and I would be very happy if you could help me.

I want to ship an ordner to Germany. Due to the explanation on the website I only have to change the Country at the checkout in order to do this. Unfortunatelly I havent found out how/where to do that.  When i insert my german zip code at the checkout, it says the zipcode is invalid.
Could you please help me? Thanks in advice.

Hi @Anonymous,

The ship international feature is only available on a desktop or laptop. Please access our desktop site and select "Ship International" under your Order Summary on the Basket page and follow the prompts to choose the country you are in. 😉

I have the same problem. I order from the online site all the time and the site still mentions the €10 shipping to Germany but the selection at checkout is gone and I cannot check out anymore.

Did you stop shipping to Germany?

Please try clearing your cookies and cache, or switch to another Internet browser and let us know if you able to place an order for shipping to Germany. Thank you!

Thanks for your quick response.
I tried it out, but after clicking on "Ship International" there are only the countries US, Canada, Japan, Korea and Norway to choose of. No button for Germany 😞
