Shipping to Germany 🇩🇪

Hi!

I have tried everything. It's virtually impossible to order something to Germany. I looked for the option to change currency and Country on my way to checking out, it's not there. It's also not possible to enter a German address, because the system requires an American address.

i am confused, because in your shipping guidelines it clearly states, that orders to Germany are possible for a 10 Euro shipping fee.

Please clarify! Thanks!

@Nianianianiania you’ll need to order from a computer only - international shipping is not possible from the mobile site or app. Once on a computer first ensure you are on the USA website by looking in the top right hand corner and seeing the American flag. If it’s the Canadian flag switch to the USA. Next click the cart and then click international shipments under the pay with PayPal button and switch to Germany. Anything you add to your cart will then appear in euros and the website will let you know if you add anything that cannot be shipped abroad. There is no way at this time to change the entire website to euros - it will only be reflected in your cart.

Do you know if there are additional fees with shipping to Germany? Any duties that were required?

There are shipping fees and any applicable duties and taxes, depending on the shipping country and the country of origin of the item. All taxes and fees are shown when you are checking out. I hope this clarifies!
