Shipping times

I know this question has probably been asked a ton, but what are the actual order times. Chat gave me a different answer than twitter when I checked on my last order and I just placed another and PAID for the 2-4 day shipping. But the free 3 day shipping took over a week last time...so? I'm just confused. Is processing included in the days? Is it not? Help.

I'm sorry for the confusion! For standard 3-day shipping, it may take 1-2 business days for your order to process. Please keep in mind we do not process or ship over the weekends. Your order would then take 3 business days in transit. If your order is ever outside of this shipping time frame, please reach out to a Mod for further assistance. I hope this clarifies!

Processing can take anywhere from 1-4 days from what I have seen, and They don't ship on weekends or holidays. The actual amount of shipping days is in addition to processing. For instance, I have flash shipping and I placed an order on September 1. They shipped it out September 4 and I received on September 6.
