Shipping problems?

I placed an order with express shipping but FedEx never received the parcel. Customer Service reissued the parcel but I spoke with FedEx and they didn’t receive the second parcel either. It’s been 12 days now since the original order. I’m supposed to receive my replacement parcel today, but FedEx doesn’t have it - I spoke with them. I emailed Customer Service this information and they’re telling me to wait 24 hours before contacting them again. Why? They can’t deliver what they don’t have! The tracking information clearly states that only a label was made and that’s it!
