Shipping pending

I ordered Sunday evening the 5th and my order still says pending???

Mine says pending too. I placed on order 10/27, received the package on 11/3. The box was completely empty! I called customer service that night and they reprocessed the order in which I requested it to expedited. Was told I would be sent a tracking number immediately. Still waiting...

I ordered mine on friday 11/3 within the first 10 minutes of the vib sale and mine is still pending too...
