Shipping method

Hi there, 

 

With the Canada Post Strike, which courier is being used for shipping?
I would like to confirm before I place an order.

I checked yesterday before I ordered and was told other carriers were being used unless canada post was the only option, I live in York region and  my order was sent canada post .  So upsetting, these are Christmas gifts being ordered and yet Sephora is shipping with a courier on strike!  from what everyone is saying no alternative carriers are being used.  This is very disappoint customer service.

I would not place an order until the strike is over. Sephora is not using any other carrier. Someone placed an order today, and it was from canada post!!!!

@DeeB13 The carrier will be determined at our Distribution Center! You will be notified via email once your order is shipped. That email will contain your tracking number so you can track your package to your doorstep.

Mine shipped yesterday apparently, but the updates say it’s waiting on Canada Post to pick up the parcel. Is there any chance that’ll be a different carrier than Canada post? I have a Sephora 25 minutes from my home but ordered sporadically late at night, and meant to choose store pick up. Is it too late to change that now that it says “order shipped” but has yet to be picked up?

I am wondering as well. I ordered a few things during the sale before the strike and they were supposed to be delivered Friday, then it said today and it’s not here yet. I also used my points right before the strike to get part of a Christmas present. Do I continue waiting in this case?

Hello, I would like to know this too. My order shipped last week with Canada Post *after* the strike was called, which was incredibly disappointing and quite frankly puzzling. Will Sephora allow me to return any of the products if they arrive in poor condition after sitting in a distribution center for weeks (or longer) once the strike ends, whenever that is? 

 

While the strike is on , Sephora should offer alternative shipping companies. I would be OK with paying a bit extra. I was planning on placing another large Sephora order this month, but have decided not to because of the shipping issue. I live 3 hours from the nearest retail location so that's not an option unfortunately.
