Shipping is unnecessarily long

Why will it take 17 days for my order to ship to me? Even a week is absurd these days, but almost 3 weeks deters me from ordering again. Ulta manages to ship within a few days, and for brands that Ulta doesn’t carry, Nordstrom or Macys will ship just as fast. I like Sephora brands and deals, and am upset that Sephora will now need to be my last resort.

@JasperIvyI I'm sorry for the wait! Due to high order volume during the promotion, at this time we are experiencing a delay in processing some orders at the warehouse. I will take a look and will send you a PM.
