Shipping in Manhattan with lasership

I’ve ordered flash delivery for Sephora hundreds of times with zero issue. It has now suddenly, become IMPOSSIBLE to get a package delivered. I’ve called numerous times and been promised numerous times but 2 weeks later still no package and no hope in sight
