Shipping for a Rouge member is a joke

Sephora are used to be the leader in great customer care within the industry. After the pandemic, they haven’t quite come back or have implemented new regulations that now make them behind in the industry, there is no value and having customer service in any of the Sephora‘s from the West Coast to the East Coast in this country.

I had a $600 order that I placed as a Sephora rouge member. It took a week and a day to get to my house as a professional make up artist I need my items for fashion week a lot sooner than that! I called about the shipping issue, and so far, I barely even apologized. I am happy and confident with my decision to take my business elsewhere from now on Sephora isn’t the same and has become a hassle most of the people they hire have the worst attitudes and don’t know how to do make up anyway.  Sephora is a dump. 

Shop somewhere else.
