Shipping delays

Why is shipping taking soooooo long???? The sale has been over for a while now.  Can’t be that?  Super frustrating

Your website states beauty insiders receive delivery in 1-3 buss days so that is not correct.  I wouldn’t Have ordered if this was the case

@babeegray Yes, Standard Shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. However, due to our recent Sephora Savings Event promotion, we are experiencing high volume and there are some delays. Your order should arrive on or around the estimated delivery date that was listed at checkout. I'm sorry for the delay and once again, we truly appreciate your patience!
