Shipping delays

I placed an order May 09 and it hasn’t be shipped! I totally understand the covid-19 but I think it should be already shipped! I would like to know if it will be shipped any time soon? Or not?

Yep, I placed an order on APRIL 30 that says it’s due to arrive May 21 and hasn’t even shipped yet. So ridiculous! I’ve been a VIB Rouge for years now - this is super disappointing.

If you placed an order, it will be shipped out and you will hear back from us with any updates when available. I'm sorry we don't have a ship date to provide but please know we'll update you as soon as it has left our distribution center!
