Shipping delay

I ordered some stuff on November 6 and it was supposed to arrive by November 8 but it’s delayed. I need these products for my engagement party on November 18 and I’m getting worried. I tried to speaking to customer support to potentially cancel my order and go in store but I can only choose to speak to a beauty advisor and you can even click the customer service option. Can I get an ETA or can I cancel my order? Thanks!

I spoke with someone and they said I should receive it on the 14th which is fine. I feel like I should have been informed of that by email prior so I had an update but as long as it comes on the 14th that’s fine.

I'm having the same issue. Order placed November 06, supposed to arrive on November 08. Still no word and no way to cancel my order. I was just going to go to the store this weekend and get my products. Looks like I may have to do a charge back on my credit card if they don't give me a way to cancel the order.
